It has great resistance combined with it’s light weight double weave cotton. Ideal for competitions where the athlete is required to make weight. It is also great for daily training, due to their light weight the kimono dries faster compared to other kimonos of different weights. It’s tough and durable yet light enough to give you that speed advantage. 

The fit is perfect for the female form, fitted so that you don’t have that extra material bunching up all over and longer to keep you covered up during training.
