How do I return an item?

Refunds (within 30 days of purchase)
Any refund will be sent in check form with a deduction of 5% from the value of the item purchased, not including shipping. Customer must send the merchandise back to Keiko Sports USA. Merchandise must be unused and unwashed.
Exchanges (within 30 days of purchase)

Please send back the item you wish to exchange to Keiko Sports USA with a note explaining what size or product, of equal or lesser value, you would like to exchange for as well as your return address. Once your return has arrived here we will ship the exchange you to you.
